This initiative has been launched by the the OESA Foundation with the collaboration of AlgaEnergy, the University of Santiago de Compostela and the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and The Environment.
The "Aquaculture and Climate Change" project is an initiative that attempts to explore how aquaculture can help mitigate the effects of climate change through the growing of CO2-fixing species such as microalgae among others.
